Scenic Events were proud to support Tesla in the delivery of their Employee and Partners Conference, held at the impressive Bicester Motion hangar, a space chosen to reflect the brand’s innovative and forward-thinking identity.

A key highlight of the event was the exclusive showcase of the brand-new Model Y, which took centre stage within the hangar, creating an impactful and immersive guest experience.

To complement this, we supplied a 5m x 2.5m LED video wall with a custom frame and printed Tesla logo, enhancing visual presentations and reinforcing brand identity throughout the day.

Our team also managed all microphones and provided full audio-visual technical support, ensuring seamless communication and crystal-clear sound in the open, industrial space.
